Homeowner volunteers help the board research issues and recommend improvements. Committees are advisory; the board retains final authority. Each committee has a board liaison.

Reviews financial reports, budgets, and collections; advises the treasurer and board. No spending or voting authority.

Landscape — Active

Works with the contractor on common areas, irrigation, and green space.

Gym — Active

Focuses on the fitness center and equipment.

Pool — Active

Focuses on pool operations, maintenance, and the season.

Social — Paused
