The Williamsburg Fate HOA Board meets regularly through the end of 2026. Homeowners are welcome at open sessions. Agendas will be shared before meetings.

What each meeting is for

Board Meetings

The board reviews association business, discusses community needs, and makes decisions on items on the agenda. The open session includes a Homeowner Forum where residents can share questions and concerns.

Executive Sessions

Under Texas Property Code §209.0051(c), regular and special board meetings are open to homeowners. The board may adjourn an open meeting and reconvene in a closed executive session to consider actions involving:

• Personnel matters

• Pending or threatened litigation

• Contract negotiations

• Enforcement actions

• Confidential communications with the Association’s attorney

• Matters involving the invasion of privacy of individual owners

• Matters the affected parties request remain confidential and the board agrees to keep confidential

After executive session, decisions must be summarized orally and recorded in the minutes in general terms, while protecting owners’ privacy, legal privileges, and information agreed to remain confidential. The oral summary must include a general explanation of expenditures approved in executive session.

Town Halls

Town halls give homeowners and the board time for an open conversation about the neighborhood. Residents can ask questions, share ideas, and give feedback. No board votes are taken.

Working Sessions

Working sessions give the board time to work through projects, review information, and prepare for upcoming business. These meetings focus on planning and developing proposals for further discussion.
